  • 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm: UpBeat Barre & Lift 

Tuesday:

  • 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm: StepIt Strength

Thursday:

  • 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm: High Fitness

Saturday:

  • 9:30 - 10:30 am: Weekend High
