HIGH Fitness

HIGH Fitness is an aerobics class that will take your heart on an adventure! HIGH uses high intensity interval training methods with easy to follow choreography. You can take it high or low as our instructors will lead you through a variety of options so no matter where you are in your fitness journey, you can do this class! This sweaty blast of fitness fun is set to amazing music that will motivate you to the max and  have you singing, and smiling the whole time! Come feel the HIGH with us!

UpBeat Barre

UpBeat Barre incorporates muscular endurance primarily with light weights and bands, or body weight and the mind-body connection.  Incorporating full range of motion into smaller movements and alternating the two styles of movement throughout a song creates full body functional movement that makes you MOVE, SWEAT, and SMILE!  Because it is choreographed and song mapped, and we always honour the beat, UpBeat feels like a dance party with your friends, just without the awkward "have I been doing the sprinkler too long, will anyone notice" element.

There's no party like a Zumba party!  

Designed for everybody and every body, Zumba continues to be the most sought-after fitness class!  It's fun, it's sweaty and it is the dance party with all the moves, pumped up jams and cardio intervals you'll want.

This class is based on the traditional principles that create a steady state cardio workout without the burpees or tucks of a cardio push track.  Offering the same choreography and sweaty fun of HIGH Fitness, HIGH Low brings you ENERGY GALORE with impact no more!

Zumbarre

Zumbarre is a  perfect blend of Zumba and Barre!
Zumba takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.  Combined with the benefits of barre, you gain strength using light weights as well as improve your flexibility, balance and core. This is a total body workout that targets the hips, glutes, abs, and arms. For all fitness levels.
